Hey guys, I’m working as a Business development in a small company…..

Hey guys, I’m working as a Business development in a small company with one colleague in the office. Recently joined the company. I feel less motivate and no guidance at all (basically I know what to do). I feel bored with the job already.

One good thing is I can save $$$$ compared to my previous job. If you were in my position, will you quit since it’s coming to year end with possibly of bonus?

I think you may have to be prepared that new employer will ask you about the short stint in your company. And leaving due to boredom is not gonna impress them. I would consider if there’s new things to learn (even if it’s on my own) in the current company, and no more personal growth, then yes I will consider moving.
