Hello, what is the difference in returns between the two endowment plans? GE's Flexi cashback vs Flexi Goal?

I was planning to get flexigoal because I don't think I will need to cash out for anything, but at the same time I can't be too sure. Will the returns for the two policies the same if I were to reinvest all my payouts for flexicashback (ie not take the payouts)?

Stay away from both. You are not adequately compensated for an illiquid store of value
