Hello seedly. We cannot qualify BTo due to salary ceiling, should we go for resale, EC or condo? Combined salary just crossed ceiling by few hundreds only.

Mmm If just over by a little... EC & Condo might be tough unless you all alr have a lot of savings I guess. I'll go for resale esp if I intend to have kids.

If intend to sell after MOP, go for condo

if intend as a home, depends what is most suitable: near or far from parents, near town centre or secluded, etc etc factors

(but not saying now is the best time to buy. make your own investment decision)
