Hello seedly. We cannot qualify BTo due to salary ceiling, should we go for resale, EC or condo? Combined salary just crossed ceiling by few hundreds only.

First time home owners.

EC if you think you can afford the monthly loan.

Depends on your savings, and income. but if you dont want to take too much loan, then resale would be better.

Mmm If just over by a little... EC & Condo might be tough unless you all alr have a lot of savings I...

Marry soon, want to move out. Housing options? BTO, EC, resale out of the question. Not keen on rental too. Only option is private condo? Will die sial combined income only $8k+ take home. How?

Should i get at Resale or BTO or Condo?, i earn 4k and my partner earn 4k also. our combine CPF is 150K. and also is it wise to rent a house while waiting for bto if we choose bto. we're both 26yrsold

Earning 6k will price me out of singles BTO, then resale too expensive and condo even more expensive. Is there any "hack" to qualify for singles BTO?
