HDB Loan Assessment for young couple

Hi, i'm currently 24 years old with about 1.5 years of full-time working experience while my fiancee, 23 years old, has only been working full-time for about 4/5 months. Will HFE able to max out our loan or just compute based on my sole income? Thanks.
