Hello!
I currently have 3 credit cards
Both TRUST and CIMB have around the same cycle in which I'm able to pay asap after my salary is credited
but for AMEX the billing is different and it will be due before my salary is in.
β
so was wondering if it's advisable to change the AMEX billing cycle to the same as the other 2?
and does it affect anything eg. Credit score etc
β
thank you!

If it is easier for you to keep track and pay, yup can request to change the billing cycle. You may be issued a new card.

You can actually pay off what you have spent as and when you like. there is no need to wait for the bill. Not too sure, but credit score shouldn't affect too much unless you have very high credit utilization rate .

Yes you can and you will need to pay any outstanding amounts first. And for the new cycle it might be a longer period of transactions for the first statement. Ensure that you have sufficient funds to pay off that first cycle change.

Do note some card have different billing periods and need to ensure that the payment due dates are the same rather than the billing date.

Easier to have the same payment due date to track across your cards.
