Have you been working out more since Circuit Breaker started or have you been more sedentary than ever? And do you exercise outdoors or are your workouts done at home?

PS. If you are working out, please workout from home as much as possible and not go out. There are plenty of online workout videos available right now and for free! But if there is a need to, for example to run, please ensure that there is safe distancing between you and others :)

Interestingly, less, which was not what I expected!

I was planning to work on my pull-ups as well, but sadly the outdoor bars are not accessible!

I wouldn't say it's a workout but I've been doing a 1 minute plank everyday ever since 3 weeks ago. I coupled it with shoulder taps/knee drive planks/bicycle crunches/reverse crunches (depending on my mood)

The "exercises" barely take up 5 minutes of my time but I've noticed a significant improvement in my core, although it's highly unlikely that I will get abs from this, haha.

However, it's quite beneficial if I could say so, since it has improved my posture! Furthermore, it's a simple exercise that can be done at home🏠

  2. run around campus

  3. Pullups.

Remember, nutrition is important to! Started to eat only two meals a day for me!
