I know at least 2 other people that received this. If you have the anti-phishing code turned on, check for it.
If not, I would say, don't click on anything, and change your password immediately (make sure it's strong, use a password manager so you don't have to remember a 20+ character password hahah). Make sure your 2FA (app one, Authenticator or Authy) is activated and activate your anti-phishing code next time too so that you know if it's a legit email.
If you wanna be doubly safe, check your email password too. And if you wanna be triply safe, use a Yubikey or some form of hardware 2FA (but I'll admit even I don't use this yet HAHA).
