Has anyone tried using upplan?

But I'm not sure if they're reliable. Would anyone be able to advise?

Even though the input of data is straight forward, it is difficult to tell how the numbers are calculated in the dashboard - what are the assumptions/default values that they are using.

There is definitely a learning curve in figuring out how to use the website.
