Has anyone transferred overseas stocks between brokerage firms before? For example from local brokerage to overseas brokerage like Interactive Brokers. Wanted to know if it could be done?

If both the account own by same holder and can be traded in the same market, yes. Very easy.

You may need to check with the local brokerage if they have market access to the overseas market, and if the overseas stocks listed can be access by the local brokerage.
