Has anyone started repaying their tuition fee loan during this period?

Understand that both the interest and repayment are currently frozen until next year June due to Covid 19. Managed to get a full time job and thinking of starting my loan repayment with OCBC (partial principal then monthly instalment) now to slowly build up my credit score. However, will the interest start rolling once I start repayment during this period?
