Typically, serviced apartments providers will offer lower market rent to condo owners and these owners are in no control to select the tenants. However, owners can be more assured of receiving rental timely and without disruption should the tenants default since the serviced apartments providers are responsible to the owners directly.

  • Currently owning 2 bedroom.
  • The rental just sufficient to cover the monthly installment
  • However, rental income are taxable also there is property tax.
  • So if you really calculate you will still have a negative net cashflow.
  • Those play rental usually buy 1 bedroom, lower barrier of entry. But i think is more difficult to exit.
  • Always go for capital appreciation for Condo.
  • You just making use of the rental to build your home equity.
  • typical profit of $200k-$300k over 3-5 years is not uncommon.
  • But buy the correct property @ a correct price
  • Try to pay majority of instalment by cash, not CPF for condo.
  • If u want play rental. HDB (BTO specifically) have a better yield.
