Has anyone managed to exchange their EVEREST GOLD reward points into gold units and cash out to bank?

Anyone have the steps on how to redeem the reward points for usd30

How to use reward points?

1. Exchange reward points for EGU
2. Once EGU allocated to your account at the end of subscription event, sell it on the trading market
3. Link your bank account and withdraw your US$30 (SGD$40) without having to put any investment down in the first place!
