Has anyone come across Telegram groups that engage in "pump and dump activities"?

I think no need to know what exact group these are, but knowing the tell tale signs of such group.

1) a big group of “like-minded investors”
2) one leader who tell others to buy at certain price and sell at certain price

Actually I see a lot of these in InvestingNote, where they ask people to join their telegram group so they can “discuss” about certain stocks. But idk sia I feel it’s similar to this pump and dump where they buy together in big volume.

So better not to do your trades in big groups, cos I’m pretty sure it’s manipulating the price and illegal.
