Has anyone bought any Singlife Insurance plans? Any problems or good experiences you had?

I’m looking at their Term plan and want to get another Critical Illness plan + Early CI add on. Wanted to talk to an agent but no one contacted me after I gave my contact details. Are there any catch to their plans since its so cheap?

Can check on hardwarezone. I read some reviews that some of the customer service staffs have no idea what they are saying 😂 and their app is glitchy
