So far its been good for me. Currently using it as my go to debit card for payment and DCA purchase of gold. Signed up thinking I was just going to try it and probably won't use it that much but its been a different experience so far. I've been using it almost everyday now. Maybe firstly improve ur customer service. It's rediculous. Live chat option? But no one is ever available. It's always bot replying us to open email ticket. So rediculous.
If we need instant help there is no help. U gotta wait hours or days. If me as a daily investor. I used it as was a true pain. U guys not paying those indian tech support u hired to sit on the live chat? Lol no phone call support. Live chat seems like Sahara dessert. If u want anything to be quickly solved good luck.
