Gurus - Ascendas Reit is doing rights issue. If I hold 11,000 shares at average cost of $3.1354 per share, is it worth subscribing 11K shares to average down?

If I read the info correctly, it is going to be 1 for 1 at $3.01.

I will subscribe according to my budget. No need to be too concern about avg cost if you are a dividend investor. Not gonna sell soon.
