Great TotalHealth to Great TotalCare (Autochange?)

I have received a notification from GE saying that the Great TotalHealth will be automatically changed to Great TotalCare and that from the new renewal date onwards, my deductibles and co-insurance will now be subjected to 5% co-payment. I used to pay for riders that cover this option but it seems like there is not such option that will cover 100% of deductibles even though I am a existing since Y2015. It seems like this change is coming out from MOH. I will like to know if other insurers such as Prudential, AIA, AXA etc are also likewise having such changes? Is there anyway to continue with the old plans?

As far as i know, this is an industry-wide transition. There are some old policies that are exempted in other companies, but usually with additional T&Cs added to it. You can't continue with the old plan but you should be receving some kind of premium reduction on your rider.
