Gold & Bonds are falling along with the stock market. Any theory why?

Although gold price decreased, this wasn't the case for the physical metal. Physical bullion became incredibly expensive during that period due to the supply chain disruption as mines and mints were closed, as shipments were delayed because of the pandemic. Premiums were astronomical. The physical metals were severely disconnected from the paper market of gold.

Pure panic, good (but random) entry point, I would abstain from bonds however.
