I believe you have to break it down to the range in terms of rooms versus psf. Especially if you are buying for self stay. 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom and studio, etc.

The trend is going up but if there ever would be a correction, then it would be something to think about. A straight answer to your question is likely about $2500 psf. But that is new launch price. You can also look at older properties.
