Fwd big 3 critical illness?

Am looking at improving my CI coverage. I’m sitting on the fence on aviva multiparty plan as for a $100k sum assured - $100k ECI, $300k - ECI claim, premium seems expensive. I have a Mindef living care and living care plus plan. To enhance my CI coverage, I’m looking at FWD big 3 critical illness plan which seems good on paper. How is FWD claim process? Is there any FWD agent to explain on this big 3 plan?

FWD has no agents as its a B2C company. You will need to handle your own claims in the event of any unforseen circumstance.
