Fresh Grad, close to 5 months into the job. Gross Annual Salary is briefly above 30k, so I will qualify for most cards. I will definitely qualify for a credit card right? (since banks don't specifically say gross or net annual salary). Also which card should I use? I'm looking for a fuss-free, mostly cashback driven card (prefer the money) and I've been thinking about Citi Cash Back+ for the simple idea of no min spend + 1.6% cashback on everything. But I'm not also not sure to apply from the beginning, because I'm kinda benefitting from SC Jumpstart Mastercard, giving 1% back on everything, including GrabPay Top-Ups + I'm constantly topping up and using GrabPay, which gives me 6 points per dollar and I occasionally use their Grab Rewards to like get a free ride or even offset some purchases. Min monthly spend is about 750 - 1k.

Citi Cashback card has cashback exclusions on some spendings e.g. transport, top-ups (See page 21 - 22 of https://www.citibank.com.sg/global_docs/pdf/Cit...) hence it would not be beneficial for you to top-up GrabPay using Citi Cashback Card.
If you would like a cashback card without any exclusions, you can consider UOB Absolute Cashback Card. It earns 1.7% cashback (automatically credited to you by deducting the following month's bill) and it has no exclusions (except installments) - https://www.uob.com.sg/assets/pdfs/tncs-governi...
