Found out that some people are actually selling their $100 tourism vouchers online? Is this allowed? Or is it illegal to do so?

Wondering if it could lead to fraud?

I hope it is allowed to sell. Personally, i don't visit these tourist places, do staycay or dine in fancy restaurants. During this pandemic, rather spend my money on mom and pop businesses (the hawkers, the mamaks, the ah pek bakery....).

The vouchers have not been issued (December) so it's not possible to sell now. STB has warned that the vouchers are for personal use and not to be sold. More information on the enforcement measures and platform will be given later.
