For married personnel, how do you balance between work life, social life and family life?

Seem like quite impossible task, but I've seen friends who have done it. I personally tried it, it was tough, sacrifices have to be made.

Those who prioritises career over family commitment, will you regret in the future?

I believe it all boils down to TIME MANAGEMENT. By ensuring that you set aside time for work, social and family and be efficient in your job so you wont need to relook at your work twice.

I might recommend that you read this book : 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
