For freelancers, must the Business Entity pay for the Director's CPF, to make the director an "employed person"?

Due to covid, some retrenched / lost job / tried new jobs. some started home-based businesses, like baking, content creator (e.g. become a youtuber or on other platforms), or even selling in carousell.

Yes. The director is an employee of the company.

Actually freelancer doing very small buisness, never deal with govt/big corporation not necessary to register ACRA.... is similar to under-grad providing private tuition. I would prefer stay "unemployed"
