First timer family & non-mature estate. I applied BTO once (first time) but unsuccessful. If I applying for sales of balance (2nd time) and it’s unsuccessful, will I get 1 more ballot chance next?

You will get one more ballot chance if you are unsucessful for two or more_ _BTO applications, so yes! Just so long as you keep to the non-mature estates.
