ExxonMobil Fresh Grad

Anyone knows how the work culture and environment is like at ExxonMobil for a fresh grad in engineering? Saw many forums with really bad reviews and comments about the toxic culture and bad management.

Would like some insights of people who worked there or work with them before at Jurong Island. Thanks
