COVID-19 has definitely impacted job markets and caused detrimental effects onto many industries globally. Petrol companies might be facing higher effects due to lockdown measures, controlling the movement of people and thus, the reduced usage of private transport. In Singapore, the lockdown measures has since been lifted and we are onto the 2nd Phase or Phase 2 of the safety measures, where people are allowed to move around and hence, the demand for energy in the forms of petrol is still there.

On that note, Singapore has plans for moving towards clean energy.
