Expense ratio for iShares Core MSCI China ET (2801)

I’m looking to invest the above through FSMOne and noticed the expense ratio in FSMOne is 0.61% whereas it’s 0.2% in the fact sheet. I didn’t see such difference when I bought VOO. Can some experts enlightened me on this. Thanks!

2801 factsheet only shows management fees 0.2% as of 30 Jun 2021:

FSM shows both management fees 0.2% and TER 0.61% as of 30 Apr 2021:

https://secure.fundsupermart.com/fsm/stocks/etf...

TER would have included management fees and other fees.

Hi good article; while the Ishare etf has the lowest expense ratio, it has double the tracking difference of 3033 (0.09%). So of the 4 similar ETFs, which one (or two) should one invest in ? Thanks?
