Started investing in Syfe Reit+ since Apr 2021 and have been averaging down everytime the portfolio returns a 10% loss. To date i have put in a total of $45k and even after considering $3,215.10 dividends (reinvested), the portfolio currently amounts $41,977.44 (almost a 10% loss). While i understand that my entry was at an all time high, even with the dividends reinvested, I evaluating if wanna carry on with Syfe Reit+. What are your thoughts?

I am in similar situation to you. I started in May 2021. As of today, my REIT+ is -S$3,198.85 with reinvested dividends at S$4,121.74.

Personally, I think since it is a REIT portfolio, the focus is on the dividends/distributions which as it gets reinvested, should (in theory) become more and more overtime especially since I will be "buying low" especially now that the S-REITs' price is falling and dividend yield is high.

That said, one potential thing I would consider if I were worried about the portfolio is changing the payout option to "paid out" and use the dividends/distributions to buy other assets to essentially reallocate a bit but I will likely leave the REIT+ portfolio alone.
