Engineering background hates drawing 2D/3D. What other career, engineering or non engineering-wise can I pivot into?

29M, Diploma holder of a local poly.

In the job for close to 8 years.. feel that I need to grow my income.
But the skillsets I feel I learnt so far are more of soft skills. (communication, planning, etc.)
I feel that I am under qualified for a lot of the job postings I see online.

Help appreciated.

P.S hopefully no insurance jobs recommendations.
