Endowus to CSPX via IBKR

Currently have approximately $9000 in Endowus planning to do a quaterly DCA to CSPX. Would you recommend I sell all now (put in cash management) & DCA or sell & DCA per quater. Thank you 😊

I would not recommend selling at this stage since it is still at bear market.
