(yes it's that company I asked if some problems it had were red flags).
I left the company already but they kept delaying my pay (it's supposed to be in by 7 Mar but guess what a whole week later they still gave no update, nothing)
I pressed on the supervisors and but they literally ignored me, quote "I am not sure" or tried to stall for time by saying "let me check with xxx"
I am really pissed off as this is not the first time already,it's been the third time they delayed my pay and previously they said it was because i use Trust bank?? but they actually managed to pay me salary via trust bank the first time although it was LATE) I changed to OCBC already but this time round they didn't even bother saying anything..
I told them I will be filing for salary claims with TADM but they are not scared and take their own sweet time with it LOL. I am wondering if anyone has good suggestions on how to deal with this.

I believed your CPF contribution will be delayed too. File your feedback to MOM, CPF. As it infringe the legislation on employment and CPF, there are penalties on the company directors. You can read up on 12 cupcakes case. Please check your salary and cpf computation too.
