E-commerce has been booming for the past few years. It seems like it's a little too late to start one now. What advice would you give if one still decided to proceed anyway?
It is never too late to start and now the buzzword is no longer e-commerce but omnichannel, in a cross border fashion. Look at Shein, it was started many years ago in 2008 but just suddenly got famous earlier this year. Simply because the customers are looking for fast fashion online in the US. Again, e-commerce is just a tool. You need to determine your customers, or your targeted customers, your products and make it relevant to them. So it's more about your unique value proposition and appealing to the customers.
