'Dr As adviced' - Anybody knows what does this transaction code from ocbc means?

I similary encountered this weird transaction code, I googled and found out this post on seedly with similar encounter..

I was really puzzled as it was a deduction of a huge amount..

I immediately dialed to OCBC helpdesk to further enquire more and found out it was a huge mistake / error over at the FAST SYSTEM.. having the amount only clawed back the next following day!

I was furious as this is so dangerous, having the amount deducted without my consent WITHOUT any notification nor sms or any calls.

I am really disappointed with OCBC and I sincerely urge anyone that made any FAST transcations or receiving $ via FAST during the period of 8 Apr 2020 to triple check your account if any received funds got unknowingly clawed back!

And for now, if you cant contact the sender that transferred you the $ which got clawed back without knowing, they will need to go under further investigation which is going to cost alot of time and hastle..

Really pissed!

DR = Debit

The “As advised” portion, you should check against the bank statement. The transaction will show more details.

Otherwise you can call OCBC and ask about this transaction. They will be able to advise further.
