Does your employer allow for flexible work hours? I feel that while it might be encouraged by the Government, whether it will be executed accordingly is a different thing. Do you have flexible hours?

Working remotely for Seedly - I would say it definitely counts as being flexible! I believe in management that knows how to bring the best out of their people, even if it means going against the grain of cultural and societal norm.

Depends on company to company.

For my company, even during CB, just because there is one division producing medical equipment, my division that is producing luxury (anything that isn't medical or food during CB is luxury in my opinion) electronics was made to come back to office daily.

On the other hand, I have friends who are still wfh today, and their management seems to be allowing them to not return to office if they choose to.
