Does UOB One salary crediting still work when you transfer from DBS?

Understand now UOB accepts PAYNOW-SALA but seems like there isn't a way to select the reason for DBS PAYNOW but reason can be selected only if use FAST. Note sure if select salary from FAST to UOB entails the UOB salary crediting criteria.

Also, if I were to use GIRO-SALA from DBS Savings Acc to UOB Savings Acc is it even possible to still get the salary crediting interestest from UOB One Account? and is this even legal ?

Sigh, I rmb this have been asked before already. if You get caught by iras, it will be counted as evasion of tax. So you tell me if this is illegal?
