My Insurance Agent is leaving the company and I have existing policies that are 2-3 years in (having renewal soon). I look up online and saw that my policies are likely to get 6 years commission and was wondering if I were to change my policies to a friend due to the departure, will my friend get the remaining commissions (est. 3 years)?

There are some insurance agent are good at selling policy and MIA after sold.
Why can't the commission pay to new agent after policy owner change agent?
The new agent is providing the after sale service and they deserve for the commission which we are still paying the premium.
