For ease of reading:
"An inactivity fee on the amount of USD 100.00 –or the equivalent amount in the account currency- will be charged where the client does not execute any trades on his/her account for a period of 6 consecutive months (180 days)."
Can't really find anything on corporate actions, but usually brokerage firm don't charge for corporate actions except dividend handling fees. Nonetheless, you could drop them an email / call to clarify

Hi there,
There was a period I didn’t execute any trades for at least 6 months. Saxo only impose a custody fee for my holdings. They did not impose any inactivity fees for my account. I have checked with Saxo support as well.
To make sure, you can email their support.
