Does Interactive broker charges fee on dividend payouts for SREITs and singapore stocks?

1) Realized I am currently paying an average cost of almost 200sgd per year on dividend payouts, platform fees, etc with poems. Is there any brokers that does not charge fee on dividend payouts and inactivity fee, platform fee for SG stocks?

2) My googling leads me to IBSG which does not seem to have these charges. But before I transfer positions over to IBSG, like to know for a fact from existing IBSG customers who currently hold sREITs, singapore stock if this is true. Appreciate your confirmation.

3) I currently have an existing IBSG margin account, is it possible to open another cash account to transfer over these SG counters?

4) Does anyone know what are the transfer cost and admin fees from poems side as well as IBSG side for doing the transfer? Many thanks!
