If yes, then is it worth it for DBS Multiplier Account holders to invest in DBS's RSS or will it be wiser to still go for the cheaper alternative, FSMOne in this case?

Yes, it does! However, it's stated on DBS's website that it'll only be recognized for the first 12 consecutive months. And that's only if you start the RSS after your Multiplier account is open.
A way to go around this is to terminate after 12 months and repurchase it after 6 months from termination, but that's not likely to align with your investment strategy.
