The default debit card that comes with DBS Multiplier account is the DBS Visa Debit card, if you don't already have it with your existing DBS/POSB account.
You can apply for a DBS credit card as long as you can produce either one of the following:
Latest 12 months' CPF Contribution History Statement
Latest Notices of Assessment
Latest Computerised Payslip
Credit card application will require the furnishing of proof of income based on past CPF contribution or payslips which will then determine if your estimated annual salary meets a certain threshold(usually $30k per annum for Singaporeans). They do not really factor in your job security or require a projection of your future income.
