Hi, is it possible if you share your experience? Do you experience laggy platform or poor customer service or other problems?
I read quite a few negative online reviews about SCB, I'm not sure if it happens every time.

I usually use the mobile app to do the transactions so far it is ok for me.
The price information is delayed unless you subscribe to their real time pricing service. So I usually use other sources to check the price first.
Do sign up for sms or email alerts so that you get sms notifications about any corporate action that you need to give instructions on. Then call the hotline to inform them. I noticed that the mail notices are sometimes delayed and have even arrived after the deadline.
For customer service, sometimes takes a while to get through the hotline.
