Does anyone know who is managing the rebalancing by OCBC roboinvest?

So ive been invested in some thematic portfolios provided by OCBC Roboadvisor. One of it includes US Tech Leaders. 15 companies like apple, microsoft, Nvidia etc. As you would have already known, Nvidia and Apple are great companies providing good returns. But I received an email from ocbc saying they are suggesting removing apple and nvidia and buy Intuit - as part of quarterly rebalancing.

Isint this decision ridiculous? Who are the people deciding this? Luckily i could decline.
