Does anyone know if Stanchart's RSP for Unit Trusts is similar to DBS Multiplier?

I.e. for DBS, you don't have to pay all the fund charges such as management fee etc, just the 0.82% sales fee. Does Stanchart have a similar structure too for their UT RSPs? Is there also a lump sum $1k investment for Stanchart?
