Does anyone know if gym memberships can earn miles? What MCC code do gyms fall under?

Yes you can! For me I was using my bonus miles as a part of this to hit my DBS Alititude spend.

I got the base rate of 1.2 mpd on this if I recall correctly. So it is not any special MCC that is here.
