Does anyone know how to get the ezlink app top up min. $10 and get 50 cents Cashback for ezlink wallet?

So recently ezlink have this promotion that allows you to get 50 cents back for every $10 u top up, max 4 times a card per month.

Does anyone know how to do the update your card into an account based ezlink?

Oh not possible to get the Simplygo from DBS? It has a higher cashback reward tho
