Does anyone have experience transferring USD from a Chase bank account in the US to a Singapore bank account/MCA?

Tried transferring from Chase to my Wise account but my Chase account got locked doing so. Or how about Paypal, has anyone tried it? I saw that PayPal allows US banks to be linked to an SG account but I am worried that Chase might lock my account again if I do that.
