Does anyone go for annual health screening? Which health screening package would you recommend? Am 30+ yo, male, non-smoker?

This was recommended by my regular GP. It may or may not apply to the general public. Yearly, basic screening. I skipped this year because of covid.

At 35, 40, 45 go for a slightly more comprehensive one. Then at 50 have to do a full check. During the consultation, your doctor should also advise what kind of vaccines recommended.
