I would caution against doing that just because you want to use the facilities. That's putting the cart before the horse. Ask if you needed the policy first. And if you do, then go ahead. The extras are just that, extras.
Policies are bought because you require the benefits that they provide. This could be anything from protection to wealth accumulation. Thus, the most important thing would be to look at your needs first, before seeing if the policy you are considering meets those needs. At the same time, you will also want to look at options from other insurers. It is your hard earned money after all.
If it so happens that an AIA policy is the best option for you, and it so happens that your advisor is from Qiren, then sure, you'll get an extra freebie in the form of access to the facilities. But this should not be the key deciding factor in getting the policy.
