The coverage differs depending on the type of housing and residency type(HDB/Landed, landlord/renters). It also depends on what you have (or not) in your house that you want to insure. AVIVA, NTUC Income and Etiqa offers some of the cheapests plans in the market, but do read their clauses carefully first before making a decision.
